On 10–11 June 2026, COLOSSUS participated in the 2026 Projects to Policy Seminar, organised by the Community for European Research and Innovation for Security (CERIS) at the Renaissance Hotel in Brussels. The project was represented by Zulmira Cunha from TecnoVeritas (Project Coordinator) and Apostolos Tsolakis (Q-PLAN International).
The seminar brought together EU-funded security research projects, researchers, project representatives, and European policymakers to discuss how research outcomes can better support future security policies and priorities across Europe.
As part of the event, COLOSSUS joined the Resilient Infrastructure thematic group, alongside the ECHO, RESCUE, and RESIST projects. The session provided a valuable opportunity to exchange experiences with relevant projects and engage with representatives from key EU agencies on the challenges, opportunities, and pathways for translating research results into tangible policy impact.
COLOSSUS’ participation contributed to strengthening links between security research and policymaking, while highlighting the project’s contribution to building more resilient infrastructure and supporting evidence-based approaches to European security challenges.
