Unified Situational Awareness for Smart Port Operations

Modern port operations rely on rapid decision-making, real-time awareness, and seamless coordination across security, maintenance, and operational activities. However, information is often scattered across multiple systems, dashboards, and tools, making it difficult for operators to access the full picture when responding to incidents or managing daily tasks. End-users need a centralised way to visualise data from air, surface, and underwater sources, monitor ongoing activities, and maintain a clear log of events to support efficient, safe, and resilient operations. To address this need, we provide a unified, secure web platform that brings all operational data into a single interface.

Real-time Monitoring and Control

A number of dashboards that provide user-friendly and meaningful access to real-time data from the UVs, as well as control and command capabilities (e.g., navigation configuration). A very clear and easy to handle notification/alert system and visualisation is also provided, to support centralised decision making and allow for a prompt reaction to any identified incidents of intrusion, or related with maintenance and port operations (docking/undocking). The web platform will be interoperable to facilitate information exchange between port administrations and coast guards, significantly increasing response rates and management convenience.

To enable smooth adoption and ensure operators make full use of its capabilities, we also deliver dedicated training sessions and hands-on workshops, helping end-users successfully integrate the system into their existing workflows.
